Born and grown in the same red-dirt as Country legend Garth Brooks, Oklahoma singer/songwriter BLAKE PETTIGROVE merges rock-tinged melodies with classic Country lyricism, developing a trademark Southern-rock sound. Rising through the ranks of Nashville’s next class of hitmakers, Pettigrove became a Tennessee transplant in 2018 to follow the familial pull Music City has had on him from the start. Inspired by his GRAMMY-winning uncle, ASLEEP AT THE WHEEL’s Pat “Taco” Ryan, Pettigrove picked up his guitar at 13, kick-starting an insatiable work ethic and setting his aspirations high. Launching his newest set of guitar-charged ear-catchers, his latest single, “When She’s Gone,” tells the age-old tale of a bad-for-you love that just won’t quit, complete with lyrical twists on modern-day tropes that make the idea fresher and more relevant than ever. Pettigrove has shared the stage with Texas mainstays PARKER MCCOLLUM and MIKE RYAN, and sites influence from the sounds of modern Country powerhouses like Brothers Osborne, Kacey Musgraves, and Dierks Bentley. Up next, Pettigrove is set to release new music this Spring, and will continue to entertain audiences nationwide.
